This excursion is designed for Bird Watchers who
would like to explore the Patagonian coast bird life.
We mainly target the giant colonies of sea birds,
magellanic penguins and rockhopper penguins.
Rockhoppers normally, can only be seen at subant-
arctic islands, but we will have the chance to observe
them on this trip .
In Addition there are colonies of Imperrial cormarans,
Rock Shags and the grey cormorans.
At cormoran islands we find 25.000 animals breeding. On each
squaremeter there are 5 nests It is possible to come a few meters
close to them if we are careful and quiet. Whity sheetbills come
very close as well. A real treasure for nature lovers!
In addition, other breath-taking contacts to the animals is on the
program: Magellan penguins, Rockhopper penguins, Sea Elephants,
Sea lions, dolphins and many birds. Also the fascinating landscape
of Patagonia and the animals of the Pampa will give you an unfor-
gettable experience.
